The complete application will consist of the following materials:
- Completed NJ SEEDS NJ SEEDS Summer Internship Application
- Current High School or College Transcript
- Personal Statement (1-2 pages)
- Resume
- Letter of Reference Form (to be submitted directly from recommender)
