Sanofi has been a generous partner of New Jersey SEEDS since 2000. Over that time, Sanofi has contributed $85,000 to support the organization and its students.
Last year, Sanofi’s MILL ERG (Millennial Employee Resource Group) discovered New Jersey SEEDS’ Scholars Program and was eager to get involved. “It is important to invest in our future and that means supporting those who will grow to make our world a better place. We were drawn to SEEDS’ work in supporting students to give them more opportunities in their futures. Learning and leadership is one of the critical workstreams of the MILL ERG, and SEEDS provides an opportunity for its students to go the extra mile in education to make a positive impact through knowledge.”
In their second year working with SEEDS, the MILL ERG is hosting STEM workshops for Young Scholars. Each workshop focuses on a different area of STEM, and includes topics like data analytics, DNA and physics. “Teaching classes on STEM topics has been a memorable and rewarding experience. From our time spent with the Young Scholars, it’s evident that they are not only extremely bright and energetic, but have an eagerness and a passion to learn new things.”
The team at Sanofi is proud to partner with New Jersey SEEDS. “These students are motivated and high-achieving. Thanks to NJ SEEDS, they are given exciting opportunities to grow and learn in ways they may not have imagined without SEEDS’ help. And the NJ SEEDS team works tirelessly to prepare their students to learn more and become our future leaders. Congratulations on 25 years of truly inspiring and critically important work of giving young learners the chance to reach higher than they may have ever dreamed. Keep growing!”
