Guidance Department Helps Grads Ready for College
The SEEDS Guidance team has been working closely with graduates to prepare them for college admissions. In November, 15 students accompanied SEEDS to visit Haverford College and Muhlenberg College, where they learned about those schools through information sessions and guided campus tours. Twenty families of high school seniors attended a financial aid workshop hosted by SEEDS in October to complete the FAFSA and CSS Profiles. There was an overview of the financial aid process as well as one-on-one support helping families complete their financial aid applications. In March, the team will take a group of students to visit another 10 colleges and universities over spring break.
