SEEDS’ Guidance department works with students who have graduated from the Scholars and Young Scholars Programs and are enrolled in middle and high schools. Guidance also works with those students who have graduated from the College Preparatory and College Scholars Programs and are enrolled in colleges and universities.
Guidance officers visit SEEDS graduates at their receiving institutions and provide a range of services to meet the needs of students, including organizing college tours, arranging summer internships, and hosting outings to cultural events.
SEEDS Guidance department is here to help students and their families navigate the academic, social, cultural and emotional challenges that might arise during the transition to placement schools and college.
