Private Investor

Mr. Rotatori is a private investor. He retired as a Managing Principal/Special Advisor of Odyssey in 2021.

Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Rotatori was a partner at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm where he was responsible for a variety of acquisitions and financing transactions.

From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Rotatori was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance groups and focused primarily on the general industrial and business and financial services sectors. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Rotatori was a senior consultant in the Andersen Consulting Group of Arthur Andersen & Co.

A native of Ohio, Mr. Rotatori received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
