Dean of Residential Life & Student Affairs
The Dean of Residential Life & Student Affairs oversees and manages all residential affairs as they relate to the Scholars, including but not limited to dormitory life, meals and recreational activities.
Dean of Student Advisement
The Dean of Student Advisement supervises ten Student Advisors, trains them in Leadership Development, manages their schedules, and ensures that they are serving as strong role-models for the Scholars.
Dean of Studies
The Dean of Studies oversees and manages all academic and related affairs as they relate to teachers and scholars.

Student Advisors
Student Advisors play a vital role in supporting students during SEEDS’ rigorous summer academic enrichment programs. Student Advisors provide both academic and personal guidance, serve as role models, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive community. Candidates must be a SEEDS alum. Application deadline: May 15, 2026.
Communications Intern
The Communications and Marketing Intern supports operations of the communications team by helping create and organize content, manage social media accounts, and assist with events. They may also contribute to writing, editing, and designing materials, support event promotion, and help ensure brand consistency across platforms. Candidates must be a SEEDS alum.
Operations & Research Intern
The Operations and Research Intern supports our Programs, Admissions & Placement, and Development teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, data analysis, donor research, and program coordination. The ideal candidate will gain practical skills and hands-on experience in the areas of research, event planning and administration, donor database operations, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing meaningfully to the SEEDS mission. Candidates must be a SEEDS alum.
