Development Officer, Special Events and Community Engagement
The Development Officer, Special Events and Community Engagement manages SEEDS’ two key annual fundraising events – the Leading Change Benefit and the Golf Outing. The role also supports building and maintaining strong relationships with donors and prospective donors.

Development Officer, Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Development Officer, Corporate and Foundation Relations is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate and foundation donors and aims to build key partnerships to support strategic priorities.

Development Officer, Donor Database and Operations
The Development Officer, Donor Database and Operations is responsible for managing and enhancing the Development team’s use of Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring high-quality data and reporting, overseeing gift processing, streamlining operational workflows, and partnering with colleagues to strengthen revenue growth strategies.
