Aaron joined SEEDS in 2015, bringing a wealth of knowledge gained from his previous roles in undergraduate admissions. At Caldwell University, Aaron managed the admissions process for the brand new Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Subsequently, at Montclair State University, he specialized in assisting transfer students navigate their academic journey.

Graduating cum laude with a double major in English and History from Caldwell University, Aaron also served as an elected student government representative during his sophomore year. He continued his education at Boston University, where he earned a master’s degree in Criminal Justice with magna cum laude honors.

In addition to changing the educational trajectories of the students who enroll in SEEDS, Aaron enjoys DIY projects such as changing oil, spark plugs, toilets, electrical outlets, doors, and more! Aaron also regularly donates his blood to the American Red Cross and has spent time working with Paterson Habitat for Humanity. However, his greatest joy comes from being a dedicated father of two and exploring downtown on his bike.
