As Director of Admissions, Aaron has led SEEDS’ recruitment and admissions efforts since 2015. His career began in higher education, where he managed the admissions process for Caldwell University’s new Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and later guided transfer students at Montclair State University. Aaron earned a double major B.A. in History and English from Caldwell University and an M.A. from Boston University. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to expanding educational access and helping students achieve their academic potential.
