CPP OverviewEligibility | Advisory Board | How to Apply | FAQ The tuition-free New Jersey SEEDS College Preparatory Program (CPP), established in 2007, prepares academically motivated high school students for admission to selective four-year colleges. CPP provides academic enrichment, SAT preparation, cultural enrichment, leadership retreats, exposure to a variety of top-tier colleges and universities, and assistance with the college admissions and financial aid processes. Currently, approximately 90 students from our partner high schools – Dwight Morrow High School (Englewood), Orange High School (Orange) or Trenton Central High School (Trenton) – participate in this program. Throughout high school, CPP students participate in enrichment classes held every Saturday during the school year. Each summer, the students attend a residential program held at Hobart and William Smith Colleges (Geneva, NY). We are grateful to the following corporations and foundations for funding the College Preparatory Program: a donor wishing to remain anonymous, Bank of America, The Capital Group Companies Charitable Foundation, C.R. Bard, Inc., Community Chest of Englewood, the HAPI Foundation, JPMorgan Chase Foundation, MetLife Foundation, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, NRG Energy, Orange Orphan Society, and the Prudential Foundation. |
