Development Officer, Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Development Officer, Corporate and Foundation Relations is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate and foundation donors and aims to build key partnerships to support strategic priorities. With equal parts externally facing and internally partnering, the Development Officer will have one eye on the organizational fundraising goals and the other on identifying and completing new opportunities. This role will focus on building relationships with corporate representatives and foundations that are able to support the needs for SEEDS programming and operations.

Programs Officer, College Scholars Program (Full-Time)
The Programs Officer, College Scholars under the supervision of the Vice President, Programs & Guidance, leads one of the organization’s three programs: the College Scholars Program (CSP). The program currently serves approximately 45 students per year through Saturday classes and one summer session during the academic year. College Scholars has a three-week residential program – The Collegiate Experience. This program is expected to expand in the coming years.

Guidance Officer
The Guidance Officer position is designed to ensure that students thrive at their post-SEEDS schools. Through personal outreach and targeted events, the Guidance Officer develops relationships with students, to advise them in exercising leadership, helps realize their potential, tracks for academic, professional, and social success, and act as a first stop for mental health and academic concerns.

SUMMER 2024 OPENINGS:

Dean of Student Advisement & Residential Life – Collegiate Experience
The Dean of Student Advisement & Residential Life supervises six (6) Student Advisors, trains them in Leadership Development, manages their schedules, and ensures that they are serving as strong role models for the Scholars. The Dean also oversees and manages all residential affairs as they relates to the College Scholars, including but not limited to dormitory life, meals and recreational activities. He/she works closely with the Head of School (Programs Officer) and Dean of Studies to manage the collegiate experience for the rising seniors within the program.

Dean of Studies – Collegiate Experience
The Dean of Studies oversees and manages all academic related affairs as they relate to teachers and Scholars. The Dean works closely with the Head of School (Programs Officer), Dean of Student Advisement & Residential Life to ensure all College Scholars are meeting the program requirements and student concerns are being addressed.

Dean of Studies (Academic Dean) – Summer Challenge, Capstone Experience
The Dean of Studies oversees and manages all academic related affairs as they relate to teachers and Scholars. The Dean works closely with the Head of School (Programs Officer), Dean of Residence Life & Student Affairs, and Dean of Student Advisement to ensure all Scholars are meeting the program requirements and student concerns are being addressed.

Dean of Residential Life & Student Affairs – Summer Challenge, Capstone Experience
The Dean of Residential Life & Student Affairs oversees and manages all residential affairs as they relates to the Scholars, including but not limited to dormitory life, meals and recreational activities. The Dean works closely with the Dean of Studies and Dean of Student Advisement to ensure all Scholars are excelling within the program and student concerns are being addressed reporting into the Programs Officer (Head of School).

Dean of Student Advisement – Summer Challenge, Capstone Experience
The Dean of Student Advisement supervises ten Student Advisors, trains them in Leadership Development, manages their schedules, and ensures that they are serving as strong role-models for the Scholars. The Dean works closely with the Dean of Faculty and Dean of Residential Life & Student Affairs to manage Student Advisors’ schedules and workload reporting directly into the Programs Officer (Head of School).

Academic Teacher: Summer Challenge, Capstone Experience
We are currently seeking teachers for the following subjects: Math, English, History, Grammar/Skills Lab – SCP only, Science (concepts in Chemistry or Physics) – Capstone only.

Academic Professor: Collegiate Experience
We are currently seeking professors for the following subjects: English + Writing Lab, College 201, and Critical Reading Seminar.

Student Advisor Summer Internships (only SEEDS alumni/ae should apply)
Student Advisors work closely with students during their summer academic enrichment program (Young Scholars, Scholars, and College Scholars). A Student Advisor’s job is to provide academic and personal support individually and to the entire cohort.
